Peace Lutheran Church Volunteers provide a meal for those who need assistance on Saturdays. As part of a rotation of church and community organizations that help, we provide a nutritious meal about once every 6 weeks. To volunteer or make a donation you can email the church.
By taking unmarketable, rejected produce and dehydrating it to create dried soup mixes, the Gleaners provide millions of healthy meals for people around the world each year. With their furniture thrift store they also provide extensive support to the Vernon Community. They welcome donations and Volunteers are always welcome.
